Hi, I'm Yixin (Stephanie) Zha.
A
Self-driven, quick starter, passionate programmer with a curious mind who enjoys solving a complex and challenging real-world problems and constantly finding ways to create positive impact to this world.
About
I am a 4th year Computer Engineering Student at University of Toronto. I enjoy problem-solving and coding. Always strive to bring 100% to the work I do. I have worked on technologies like C++, Python, LLVM/MLIR, Verilog, MySQL, Javascript, ReactJS, Swift during my bachelor's. I have 16 months of professional work experience which helped me strengthen my experience in Pytorch and LLVM/MLIR. I am passionate about developing complex applications that solve real-world problems impacting millions of users.
- Languages: Python, C++, C, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Verilog, Bash
- Databases: MySQL
- Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib, Selenium, LLVM/MLIR
- Frameworks: PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow
- Tools & Technologies: Git
Looking for an opportunity to work in a challenging position combining my skills in Software Engineering, which provides professional development, interesting experiences and personal growth.
Experience
- Working on the machine learning compiler stack that maps deep learning models onto Cerebras' wafer-scale hardware.
- Tools: C++, Python, MLIR/LLVM, PyTorch
- Developed machine learning software as part of a student-led research team, collaborating on model design, implementation, and experimentation.
- Tools: Python, PyTorch
- Researched Spiking Neural Networks (SNN) and Process-In-Memory (PIM) machine learning hardware, specifically ReRAM cross-bar technology, under the supervision of Professor Roman Genov and Professor Amirali Amirsoleimani.
- Tools: Python, PyTorch
-
Used Python and C++ to automatically detect incorrect nodes in map
.osmfiles. - Developed a GUI for turning arcs and adding new lanes on roads.
- Tools: Python, C++
- Applied various ML models from recently published papers and performed data preprocessing for a battery management system, focused on time-series load prediction and unsupervised fault detection.
- Tools: Python, Pandas, Keras
